  3. Englewood, Colorado,  October 21, 1994.    Alembic Systems
  4. international, Ltd., and Object Technologies, Inc. today announced
  5. that the shareholders of Alembic have approved the plan previously
  6. negotiated and approved by both corporations for the reorganization
  7. of Alembic.
  8.  
  9. The plan approved today provides for the acquisition of the Alembic
  10. name, and all assets and contracts of Alembic by Object Technologies
  11. which will continue Alembic's business from its former offices.
  12. Both corporations are also pleased to announce that the key employees
  13. of Alembic will be working for Object Technologies thereby guaranteeing
  14. that there will be no interruption of service to our vendors or
  15. customers.  The acquisition plan provides cash for Alembic to pay
  16. its creditors, provides that Object Technologies will assume all
  17. contract obligations of Alembic after November 3, 1994.

  19. Object Technologies will operate as "Alembic/Object Technologies"
  20. beginning Thursday, November 3, 1994.  Questions regarding the
